we accept the following payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • PayNow/ PayLah to UEN No. 53126080A
  • Credit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay – 3.4% + $0.5 Fee

Please take note there is additional surcharge by paying with credit card. These charges are cost imposed by 3rd party financial providers processing the payment. We do not earn from these surcharge fees.  The preferred mode of paying locally is still by Paynow or Paylah as it is free.

International customer

Self Collection

Self collection at the following location:

Order will be process after we received the payment. We will inform you once the order is ready for collection.

Local Delivery

We offer free island-wide delivery for any order above $20. For orders below $20, there will be a $5 delivery charge.

Returned policy 

We accept unopened and unused products within 3 days of purchase for local customer and 3 days upon receipt for overseas customers. We do not pay for delivery or shipping for you to make a return. We are also unable to refund the delivery and shipping charges for your original purchase.

Dealing with Fraud

It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguards your credit card and banking details. Shine Cars will not be liable to compensate or refund any money back to you unless you report the matter to us before the delivery of the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make an official report to the police for any unauthorized use of credit card or banking information. If you are found fraudulent, we may apply legal action against you and you will be held responsible for the cost arise from these actions.
