Use of website

Price quoted in www.shinecars.com.sg is in Singapore currency by default. You can place an order either through the e-store or contact us directly. If an order is placed online, customers will receive a notification on the status by email. 

Returned policy 

We accept unopened and unused products within 3 days of purchase for local customer and 3 days upon receipt for overseas customers. We do not pay for delivery or shipping for you to make a return. We are also unable to refund the delivery and shipping charges for your original purchase.

Local customer (Singapore)

  • Cash on Delivery
  • PayNow/ PayLah to UEN No. 53126080A
  • Bank Transferred to Maybank Singapore Limited 04221069398
  • Credit Card – 3.4% Surcharge
  • Paypal – 3.9% Surcharge
Please take note there is additional surcharge by paying with credit card and paypal. These charges are cost imposed by 3rd party financial providers processing the payment. We do not earn from these surcharge fees.  The preferred mode of paying locally is still by Paynow or Paylah as it is free.

 

International customer

The common paying method for international are by:

  • Credit Card – 3.4% Surcharge
  • Paypal – 3.9% Surcharge

Shipping & Delivery

Local customer (Singapore)

Self Collection

Self collection at the following location:

  • 8 Kaki Bukit Ave 4, #02-21, S415875 – Kaki Bukit @Premier

We will inform you once the order is ready for collection. Please let us know the time and place of collection before dropping by as we will need to make arrangements to send your order to the correct place. You can also drop us a notification in the comment field before checking out from your shopping cart. For example;

“Self collection at Hougang this weekend at 8pm-10pm”

Local Delivery

We offer free island-wide delivery for any order above $40. For orders below $40, there will be a $5 delivery charge.

For customers who engage our service and wish to purchase products at the same time, please let us know before the appointment so that we can pack and bring your goods along.


International Shipping/Delivery

We will not able to ship products that are flammable. Our E-store by default should prevent you from checking out these products. In cases where the order managed to go through, we will cancel and refund the order.

The shipping cost is calculated through our E-Store calculator. We primarily engage TNT Express for overseas shipment.

For orders that consist of non-liquid, small and light products that are below 3kg, we are able to offer Singpost Registered mail. They are slightly cheaper but takes a longer time to ship. Do contact us separately if you prefer us to use Singpost.

Once an order is placed, we will arrange the shipment and provide you with the tracking number. The estimated time of arrival provided by the shipping company should only be used as an estimate. We will not be responsible for any damages resulting from delayed delivery.

Customers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address and contact number. In cases where incorrect, undeliverable and returns orders, customers will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to complete the delivery. There will be no refund of shipping charges if the customer decides to cancel the order.

Dealing with Fraud

It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguards your credit card and banking details. Shine Cars will not be liable to compensate or refund any money back to you unless you report the matter to us before the delivery of the order.
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to make an official report to the police for any unauthorized use of credit card or banking information. If you are found fraudulent, we may apply legal action against you and you will be held responsible for the cost arise from these actions.
